Buying contact lenses from Douglas Optometry ensures you receive trusted, complimentary follow-up care long after your initial exam. For example, an annual supply ensures you a year of follow-up care. Contact lens follow-up visits are sometimes necessary when a patient is having problems with their contact lenses such as discomfort or decreased vision. Please note: Complimentary follow-up care does not include medical office visits needed for eye infections or other problems occurring from contact lens abuse.

Our Contact Lens Exchange Program extends your investment. If you experience a change in your prescription or it is necessary for you to change brands during the year, any unopened boxes of contacts purchased from Douglas Optometry may be exchanged for the same quantity in your new prescription.

Lens Replacement

Your contact lens purchase includes complimentary lens replacement. If you have a torn or defective lens, we will provide you with a comparable trial lens to replace it, at no cost to you.

We also can have your contact lenses shipped directly to you. Specialty contacts such as multi-focal or toric lenses may take slightly longer, but free trial lenses can be provided to you until your contacts arrive.
